Grace Heart Bracelet 2022

The Grace Gala Bracelet was designed and made by Claire Aristides to raise funds for the Grace Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Westmead Hospital. 100% of all proceeds raised will be donated to the Grace Charity.  The bracelet features a sterling silver outline heart with gold plating, attached to an adjustable cord with 2 sterling silver gold plated beads.        Bracelet : Adjustable to fit all size wristsGold : Sterling Silver heart and beads with gold platingSize of charm : 5mm
